This statement applies to visitors of our website, healthcare professionals, representatives of hospitals, clinics, customers, suppliers, manufacturers and other business contacts. Our website and services are intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. Please do not send us patient information through our website or contact form.

- Data you provide: name, company or facility, job title, business email address, telephone number, the content of your enquiry, and your marketing preferences.
- Business relationship data: contact details of customer and supplier representatives, quotations, orders, delivery and invoicing information, and correspondence.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access and referring page, recorded in server logs for security and operation of the website.
- Product safety data: if you report a complaint or an adverse event involving a product we distribute, the information needed to handle and report it, which may include health-related information.

12. Minors
